– A deposit is required in order to book – 50% of the full booking fee.

– A minimum of at least 3 hours is required for all bookings.

– If you wish to change or cancel your booking, you must provide at least 120 hours notice (5 days).

– Later cancellations will incur the full cost of the booking. Any studio time booked must be paid for in full, regardless of late arrival or illness.

– Full payment must be made before your recordings are released to you.

– Deposit is non refundable.

– Once you have agreed your booking details with flukeproductions we will issue you an invoice which you will receive via email. This is usually payable by bank transfer.

– To do this we will need your full name, address and an email address to send the invoice to.

– Once you have received your invoice please make your payment as soon as you can.

– You will receive a booking confirmation via email and text from the flukeproductions team.

– This will also confirm receipt of your deposit.
